When can I expect my order? Stones Desire will ship your unique artisan piece within 48 hours from date of purchase and it will be sent via USPS/UPS/Fedex ground in the USA. Is there free shipping? Yes, there is free shipping on all US ground orders. If you need it shipped faster, please contact us about your order at sales@stonesdesire.com. We do ship internationally, but shipping charges will be calculated accordingly. Is there tax on my purchase? Tax is only charged in the state of Arizona. What is included in my order? Your shipment will include a cherry wood jewelry box, the stone jewelry design chosen, and a small jewelry cloth for cleaning. Can I return my stone? Yes, you can return your stone less than 15 days after purchase. Please make sure to include everything that was shipped to you, necklace, stone, jewelry box, etc. Full amount of credit will be issued to your credit card. You are responsible to cover shipping charges back to Stones Desire, please add insurance to your package for any possible carrier losses. How to care for my jewelry? Stones are like glass, they can shatter if dropped. Light detergent soap and water is fine if stone gets dirty, polish silver with jewelry cloth. How do we find such amazing stones?
